Hello I have a friend who is wanting the best value road bike for under a Grand .
She is about 5 foot 6 and fairly light .

Only downside is you gotta buy from halfords, but if it's a CTW scheme bike, makes things easy.
What about trying the boys at Planet-X ?
She needs to find out which (if any) provider is operating her cycle to work scheme, then she can figure out where she can buy her bike and ultimately what bike she wants.
Yes Planet x was the best Buy but she is not allowed there .
