Hi anyone know anyone that specialises in this, trying to get a quote for a flat we've got for sale and it's a minefield

the building itself should be insured by the landlord under the lease agreement. The proportionate cost of the premium will be recovered through your service charge.

in which case if it's any help I arrange our block policy through Business Insure Ltd, the policy is underwritten by niG.
