Looking for a reusable heating pad for an injured foot. The heat needs to wrap over the top and bottom of the 'ball' of my foot and preferably stay in place even when I'm moving around 'a bit' looking after 19m toddler.

I googled 'Foot heat pad' and only got things for the bottoms of feet or those little hand warmer type packs... (I'm terrible with google searches) Even a point in the right direction would help. Thinking I might need to duct tape something up otherwise.

Does deep heat get 'icy' too or am I thinking of something else? (when the foot gets cold the pain really sets in)

I reckon one of those neoprene compression sock/support bandage things witha heat pad stuffed inside it...
