Thanks Cougar, wired is fine for me so shall check out Plantronics.

Try your phone earphones if they have a mic. I use mine for Skype and they're fine.

If it's for home use, anything from Plantronics Blackwire range should do.

Have a look at some Jabra UC Voice too (especially the 750 MS). The company I work for also have their own range. We sell quite a few USB headsets.

I'd say have a look at Sennheiser's offerings too, but they can be a bit overpriced. SC230 or SC260 USB should be fit for purpose.
