Its my birthday today, booked the day off work and booked the weather.
Weather arrived as requested and I have done Edale, Jacobs Ladder, Hayfield, Mam Tor and it was ace.

looking at the weather this morning, I think someone must have been smiling on me yesterday!
re: working on your birthday - yesterday was the first time I have booked the day off work - after yesterday's ride I may continue the trend next year.
