Have I missed it this year? It's tradition, innit.
Just done a maple syrup & mustard, but bit worried it's too toffee, based on the scrapings from the roasting tray.
May have a go at another for New Year - has anyone used a chilli jelly base? Have a jar of Trotters in the cupboard that could be used.

Honey, golden syrup, dark brown sugar and whole grain mustard. Seems to have worked well based on the chefs perks

I found a jar of five fruit marmalade in the cupboard and just used that.

MrsTHtobe has cooked ours in a pineapple and Diet Coke, err, cocktail? Then wrapped it in bacon. Served with onion chutney.

Has anyone done Jamie Oliver's jerk ham (no jokes, please :mrgreen: ): I always thought that looked nice.
