Bought a tacx flow smart turbo when quidco offered double cash back on Black Friday, didn't track, Halfords refused a manual claim and quidco now say there is nothing they can do.
Is it worth complaining to Halfords direct?
It's only £22 but it would be nice to get it.
Same here. Tracked properly for a new car battery then declined saying this retailer doesn't offer cash back. Very confusing, but can't be bothered. Only about £4 in my case.
OP, if it didn't even track it unfortunately sounds like you ballsed up the process somehow, in which case there's nothing that can be done. Halfords might not even have paid out a referral fee in this case, so there might not be any money to pass on to you anyhow.
I've missed out on about £40 cashback from Hotel Chocolate due to offers on Quidco...infuriated me...nowt you can do if both parties claim it didn't track.
