The deals seem very good, almost too good to be true, so before I spend my hard earned, is it? Anyone had issues? A brief Google says it isn't a scam but some issues with using the vouchers

I've used it for a few cheap meals out in Manchester.
Very easy...you pay, they email you a voucher. You phone up and book and then just present said voucher when you go.

A couple of times - there was a good offer on sunglasses a while back.
Have read some articles about their dodgy business practices though. Apparently the retention rate (of companies offering deals for them) is very low indeed.
I used it for a glasses direct voucher last month.
Give them £19 and got a £55 voucher in return.
Was just a code, so added to online order and couldn't be easier.
