Point Break is a favorite in our household, any other recommendations?

I'm really talking about proper films in their own right that have a plot etc. I don't mean films like Roam, ie. just action sequences.....

The Eiger sanction.
It's got Clint Eastwood and the Eiger. What more could you wish for!

maybe not quite in the same league as point break, but vertical limit was ok, there was the true story about some climbers stranded on a mountain, can't remember the name though, you could try lords of dogtown for some skateboarding.

It's not a proper film with a plot by any stretch of the imagination, but Cliffhanger has a typically inspiring performance from Mr Stallone, not to mention that bloke out of Third Rock From the Sun chewing the scenery.
