you don't have to live near one. Order one via telephone (I used Lakeside) the they will phone you when it arrives. Then they will talk you through the frig on the web shop that allows you to buy it, basically you put the delivery postcode in a different field and use the shop postcode in the delivery field to fool the system. I'm sure he will hate me for saying this but Ed at Lakeside talked me through it and was excellent. Total cost was £28 inc p&p.
