strange happenings on my laptop.....
go to photos.google.com, no photos. albums, no albums. nothing in sharing either. albums again, nope. oh wait a minute, they just appeared. so have the albums in sharing. still a blank page for photos tho.
go to photos in phone app. all present, no issues. go to settings, turn sync off then back on.
go to laptop, still nothing. refresh, oooh photos are here now! refresh again theyve gone. albums are still there.
cant make head or tail of it, any idea whats happening? i keep refreshing now but blank page every time, i bet theyve only appeared twice in an hour or so. albums keep disappearing, but usually when i click 'albums' again they appear, not so with the photos....
help! 😀
Just checked mine in Chrome and all OK.
I know that's not super useful but could be time to (1) check what browser you're in (presumably Chrome) and (2) clear the cache etc?

Is the laptop a Mac? Did you recently update to the latest OS? If so, there are some issues with that right now.
it is indeed a macbook, good few years old (2015?), but i never update it, i dont think i can. my bro gave it me, it still shows his name when i wake it so i just dismiss all the update prompts as i dont know his password.

Yeah, it's been a happening to me. I was trying to access Google Photos on my Chromebook for ones taken on my phone and nada.
Still all perfect on the phone.

Doing a search works and displays the relevant photos though, as does the Albums and For You links.
