It's a joke, isn't it.
Imagine a UK bricks and mortar company, selling their services in the UK, then trying to pay such a microscopic percentage of corporation tax. HMRC would be all over them.
The first political party that stops fawning over Google, Facebook, Amazon, eBay, Netflix, and actually makes them pay what they should gets my vote. Even Corbyn would get a vote for ensuring that.
