We will be in touch
Just sorting through my Icebreaker kit and sadly realising that some items have become too small. Or I became too big. So assuming I prefer to buy new rather than moderate my pie consumption, any recommendations on how to do so without breaking the bank?
Alpkit. Going strong after two years and hasn't changed shape after numerous washes.
Aldi are doing their Merino base layers next Sunday. The rest of their kit tends to be bobbins but the base layers are quality.
My aldi merino tshirt has been ace. And mountain warehouse merino socks- they're a cotton mix but imo that actually works better than pure merino, it wicks better.
Thanks for that, I will go check them out!!
I have had a lot of wear out of my Aldi merino, also got a couple of Decathlon t shirts which are a bit finer/lighter which have also been good.
I have Aldi Merino and an M&S Merino (bought in a sale) - both equally good. They are the bees knees for stopping odors
Thanks - I don't have a local Aldi but will check out the Decathlon offering!

I'm a lifelong cheapskate but I think cheap merino is a false economy. All my Rapha has paid for itself over the years. Although I use polyester or polypropylene when it's really cold and I'm going to sweat a lot.
Not Howies... Used to be amazing back in the day and have items that have lasted well and still use, newer items very poor quality.
