going to catch the team time trail in july and was wondering if there are any good campsites / free camping places around mont saint michel?
Just up the coast at Juloville there are a couple of nice sites, great beach there too.
i have cycle toured round there a few times over the years and there are proper campsites aplenty for all pockets and some free camping as long as you aren't within 10k of a proper campsite . however i camped on the roadside and no one bothered at all
nice one, we'd prefer just parking up, whats the situation with parking near beaches (if no other campsites around)
the french are generally pretty laid back about it there are some" aire de camping" places around with water and toilets but nowt else
