What lovely sports they are in the multi events, I love seeing that at the end of it all, they all seem to be such great sports, after two days of beating each other up! Wonderful. Just wonderful! Especially Louise Hazel running straight over with a cold sponge and a drink.
Great sports, the lot of them! Taking a well deserved bow to a well deserved standing ovation.
I think we might have a multi-event A&A on Friday to celebrate!

Heptathlon = uber sexy girls. All round athletes so not rake thin like long distance runners or bulging muscles like sprinters. Amn't I the pervster today.
