One of the quirks of that will be that the wheelbase will change when the load switches from one wheel to the other, would make for some interesting handling traits. (This was a problem with F1 cars when they tried 6 wheel cars, with 4 front wheels. It was difficult to get the brakes balanced on the front wheels and if a wheel locked up under braking, the wheelbase would change and affect the stability of the car.)

Looks simple enough from a physics point of view. Just need balls big enough to do it but small enough to fit through the windscreen
