Thought I had the flu today but luckily i've been coughing and sneezing loads now and pretty sure got a bad cold. Can you sweet cold out? Thinking of wrapping up overly warm now I feel am bit better and going to a decent walk, followed by shower.

I am sure that the old saying was "starve a fever and feed a cold" or was it the other way around?
Contemporary cold viruses seem to be really nasty critters that not only give you cold symptoms but also other symptoms as well.
You have my sympathies as I have tried for the last 2 weeks or so to get rid of one and failed.
yeah, mines been lingering for quite a while now (over a week) but became really bad today. Hopefully be a bit better tommorrow.
I've had mine for 10 weeks now. I can only assume I keep getting reinfected but I cannot shake it.
