It's T+G solid oak, and there are some cracks of a couple of mm opening up possibly as the pieces warp a bit.
Is it likely to be warping, or is it just the floor shifting about?
Will I be able to squirt some glue in there and use those straps to tighten it up again like I did when I put it down?
Those floors are meant to float and not be glued beyond that no idea

No, it will move as per the seasons and heating. it is a natural product and will swell and contract due to the time of year. It is all part of the beauty of wood.
A floor laid in the winter (dry heat from radiators) will easily expand 12mm in the humid summer months. I laid an oak floor (35m/sq)last July, leaving only a 5mm gap to the skirting boards. It's been fine (only a tiny amount of shrinkage occurring now with the heating on now).
It's wood ...what did you expect ?
