We've not had an FFF for a while and its getting to that comfort food time of the year.
I'm about to cook a curried goat that'll be slow cooking all day to have with rice and peas this evening.
In the meantime I'm heading out on the bike in a bit and I'm thinking my route will take me past Greenhalghs bakery for a cheese and jalepeno pasty and a sausage roll chaser 😀

Went to Tim Hortons for breakfast this morning. Don't know why, it's like McDonalds without the soul.
Stir fry for lunch, fish and chips later. Beer will also make an appearance at some point, hopefully in comfortable quantities.
