Sydney flew to Melbourne, Australia. The flying time to Melbourne, which is 11 hours ahead of Britain, was 21 hours. Sydney's flight left London at 11.30am on Tuesday. What time was it in Melbourne when Sydney's flight arrived?

Depends how long it takes to get to Sydney from London. It's further south than melbourne and they don't do direct flights to either of these destinatations

Flight leaves london at 1130hrs Tues GMT. Lands 21 hrs later which is 0830hrs GMT. 0830hrs plus 11 is 1930hrs so yep, agreed with dicky, it's 7.30 pm. So much for me and my new invention, the 22 hour day!

EDIT: Oops, and Munqe-chick. But guys, guys, show your workings out or is that not done anymore??
