I have a glass of Black Cherry Jim Beam and coke at the moment. Going to have to move onto wine when we run out of coke in two drinks time.

Stella. Mmm.

There's a sloppy guisepe pizza in the fridge, I might cook and eat it whilst watching the Dauphine highlights later.

Edit. My wife has told me not to even think about touching the pizza.

Bacardi and coke left over from Christmas. The Bacardi not the coke. Had 3 pints of Wobbly Bob last week before seeing Steve Earle. My face went numb. Steve was great, missed the support though.

A bottle of white the missus picked up then a pint of my latest creation, a nutty brown mild. Bloody hell, one of the best beers I've had- let alone made! If only I'd have made an exact note of the last minute additions to the grain bill...

Cheers,
Jamie

One Delirium Tremens, one Kasteel Rouge, looking at Delirium Nocturnum, Duvel or Piraat. Also considering the Pusser's British Navy, at 54.5%

When it gets to be about 6PM here in about 3 hours, believe it will El Patron Silver tequila margarita time (necessary to chase down the green chili enchiladas).

Two pints of numbers have just gone down a storm after a very pleasant 25 mile solo jaunt on the bike. Interestingly, i've been informed by a mate of mine, a 'Kronenburg' has become an expression to describe a certain type of well maintained more mature lady. 16 from the back. 64 from the front. Not that I'd condone that kind of thing, obviously. 😀

Not drinking tonight, had a trip on the Beer Train last night.
For those that don't know it's a train from Sleaford to Wainfleet. Beer is served and there is live music on the train.
It goes along the riverside all the way to Wainfleet, where we all disembark and head to Batemans for a. Couple of hours. A much wider selection of beer and food can be had there and more music, then back on the train to Sleaford, the band and more beer are of course present.
then wobble 12m home on the bike...
Huge fun, next one is in September if anyone wants to come. It was my first trip on public transport in about 6 years, much better than I remember it being!
