Just finished lamb in red wine sauce with spuds and asparagus. Going to get a profiterole or two, although you lot have made me want coffee.

Tomorow, Cwmcarn XC course followed by a session trying to do the jumps on the DH course. But only after we've spent all flippin' day at a crash ante-natal course at the Hospital. It finishes at 3pm, what time does the rugby start? Bloody 3pm... I think I'll rush out to Cwmcarn and record the rugby.

Watched the end of the U20 game, now it's NCIS.
