Anyone know the best website / or advice to plan a holiday in France in Aug 2012, looking to spend 3 / 4 days at Disney, then possibly drive to a nice resort for a week, then travel back to UK.
Any thought's on Ferries or euro star? Really want to stay in 3/4 star hotels.
Will be taking two kids 11 & 9, so need to be a resort with a bit of life...but not the prices of Paris.
Any info..much appreciated..thanks

Forget the star ratings and find nice places to stay. [url= http://www.gites-de-france.com/location-vacances-chambre-hotes.html ]Chambres d'hôtes[/url] are the equivalent of B&B. Spend a bit of time and you'll find places with a welcome and character you won't find in a 4 star.
4 star = indiffernt employees on the SMIC that smile because they fear losing their job if they don't. Guests are just part of the hassle of the job.
Chambres d'hôtes = the property owner doing his/her level best to make enough money to finance living in a place they have a passion for but without your money probably couln't afford. There's no boss telling them to smile but if they like you they'd be pleased to have you or someone you know back.
