Why do I get a blank page with "Forbidden" every time I post a reply to a thread? Does STW not love me any more?

I go that once then reposted and go the 'too fast' message but the original post was on the thread anyway.
Does look like a problem with the app server somehwere...

I used to get that on the mobile - think it was something to do with Orange
