What about opening up the House of Commons to the people, like? It could be like jury service, we all get conscripted for a few weeks at a time so the common man/ woman can get more involved in running the country (into the ground) after getting a taste for democracy yesterday.

Or if people can't be arsed to travel to london they could just use the red button after lorraine to vote on stuff....
