Anyone else feel a bit conned by the above? I've had a free (except tax and charges of course!) return flight to redeem for 18 months...I check every time I want to fly somewhere if it's worth it.
On every occasion there are either no flights available or the taxes are so high it's cheaper to get there another way.
TWUNTS!!! 😡

agree, a complete con. I resorted to checking stuff like flights to Belfast 9 months in advance and still no seats available.

Glad it's not just me.
Airlines seem to have completely abandoned any concept of customer loyalty (fair enough as I always buy on price I guess).
