I am trying to consume some flaxseed in my diet as a kind of experiment whilst also sticking to the iDave/slow carb diet.
Any ideas on how to eat the stuff? most seem to recomend adding it to baked stuff or breakfast cereal. I have tried making a porridge with the seeds but that is a bit hardcore. I am now trying grinding the seeds so make a different porridge but it looks grim...
