Yea I've been really busy at work so I completely forgot. Had a rubbish week food-wise so haven't lost anything further.
Sounds like most of us slipped up this week. I forgot to weigh myself until this morning, some how I'd maintained the same weight despite 3 takeaways and a 3 course restaurant meal during the last week. Little chance of hitting target in the time left now.
Oh and IHN you've revealed our real life names.
Oh bugger, so I have. Sorry about that.
