I've looked at the website and read the blurb sent in emails here, but can't say I really understand it.

Great to be deeply immersed in something that you love doing....BUT, I'm not sure I could get myself all worked up with excitement about just going to work.
It did absolutely nothing for me!!!
Tell the Bosses to give the staff the afternoon off and get the managers to memorise this.

Thanks both, can't say my thoughts are a million miles away from your own, I read it as enhanced customer service training and politely stated that my training interests lie elsewhere.
