looking a scruff is not an option so rolling up is a no no. I,m eyeing up the sewing kit.... Hmmmmmm

after asking reception for a pair, then safety pins on the inside of the cuffs.

Anyone else at the hotel that you know who may have a spare set?

Dental floss together -two complementary mints/ chocolate bourbons - say they were a gift.

(in a pinch I've used paper fasteners - but I bet reception has an 'emergency box')

Find a couple of sweets in silver foil, eat sweets, fold up foil and staple it and cuffs together. Class

Or ask the hotel

I once used twigs (peeled of their bark) and string. Was complemented on them three times.

You can make a pair out of a shoe laces if your good at knots.

Monkeys fist at either end with a short bit joining them together. ( x 2 )

Job done.

I've got away with paperclips in the past - just keep your cuffs hidden.

Staples if you've got a stapler, I've had to do this before in the office and as long as they're not double cuffs then no one will notice.

Surely if they were single cuffs you'd just use the buttons? 😉

OP, I think you should be creative with whatever's in the room and post a photo. What about prising the buttons off the room phone and attaching them with the complimentary dental floss?

Good luck figuring how long a piece of shoelace you will need for that! 😆
