Wherever do you live? I thought the whole country had had more than it's fair share of 'proper snow'??

Newcastle, Co. Down, NI.
We've had very cold and dry weather for last two months, little or no snow at sea level. First time we've had more than a dusting. It's about 8" in the garden!
