Just got my pooter back, its been formatted? So its as new.
I can watch video's on Explorer after downloading Flash Player but when i try to put Flash Player on firefox as keeps asking it, it doesn't seem to want to finish.
I download it, follow the instructions at Adobe but it never actually gets to the end of the process!
What am i missing??

Sorted, all i had to do was shut down the downloads!
