well.. minus the wardobe.

I've had the van nearly 2 years and always wanted a cooker, fridge and sink. Well i finally splashed the cash and got a company in devon to fit this, this morning. Probably not to everyone's taste but i Love the gloss red

Well chuffed with it. Can't wait to whack some beer in the fridge and cook up some eggs and bacon. Bonus I found out is i can heat the van up with the hob 😀

Be very careful using the hob to the heat the van, classic way to sleep forever

Nice interior Tricky.

He did ours a few years ago - we bought his van off him, Top bloke, top job.

Certainly was. I bought the van off a guy from the t4forum 2 years ago and he did all the lining, fitted swivel front seats and a rock and roll bed.

Since then i added
split charge and 2nd battery, towbar, ikea lights, sound proofed every panel and cab floor. But I was always hankering after a fridge and cooker. I didn't really want the full with wardrobe as I felt i didn't need it. Heard Si from individual campers did various sizes of kitchen cubes so i bit the bullet

Nice! My T4 is currently used for transporting my large-ish family everywhere, and smells vaguely like one-too-many nappy changes.

So yes, I too am slightly jealous.

We went for the full monty conversion. The high gloss units are really tough wearing - 2 kids, dog and bikes in the back for weekends away and it still looks good as new after 2 years.

I would of spent some cash on a new set of wiper blades first, driving is easier if you can see where you are going 😉

PS, pimped to the max!

They usually have a big sticker on saying "Do not use to heat the vehicle" 🙂 If you want heat, get a Propex or Eberspacher or something.

PS Now it's got a cooker in it, get your V5 changed to say "Motorcaravan" and hit the specialist motorhome insurers - very likely to be cheaper than having it insured as PLG 🙂

I bet you can stand upright at the sink in there! Nice - you need a porthole window in the back and a shag pile carpet to finish it off.

Don't worry about it. It looks good, and I love the way you've coordinated the seats and the cushions.

Oh dear gods. I've gone slightly Lowellen-Bowen.

Sorry.

That's brilliant. It's a bachelor pad on wheels!

Where's Tim Westwood hiding then?

Got any photos yet IHN?

Wouldn't mind seeing your handywork (for some reason that sounds wrong)
