I have all my music on a NAS, mp3 and FLAC in the same folder for each album.
I want separate folders for FLAC (squeezebox) and mp3 (phone etc) - is there a utility that will do this easily? I've started creating a duplicate folder, so I'll have 2, from which I'll delete the FLACs/mp3s respectively. This will work but take a day or more!
Any quicker/better way? I'm a bit clueless.

Windows or Mac?
Quick idea make 2 copies then search one folder for *. Mp3 and delete and the other for *. Flat or whatever it is.

Should only take a few mins once the copy is done if you search the entire folder structure
