I have a bone marrow edema in my femur now going on for 3 months. I was in hospital for 5 days on a drip and now out since a couple of weeks. I’m walking around on crutches and slowly getting more and more annoyed.
My doctor says I have to take it easy or I might end up with a plastic knee.
Has anyone had something similar? Any tips on a quicker recovery? I’m a bike guide and am not able to work. It’s doing my head in.
