Apologies, first time i've had half an hour to myself all week........
last weeks results are as follows.......good results almost all round - i finally moved downwards......... :lol:, thanks to the commute I guess.... only done the one day this week though due to other commitments - i fear the worst for this week....
lots and lots of attrition this week in terms of numbers posting figures - just 17 of us.....
Cheers for doing it! Im still going ok but I fear visiting the in-laws may have scuppered this week despite the 50 miles I have ridden! Will find out in the morning!
I'm 182lb this week, cant remember what i posted last week and cant get to my e-mail to check, but suspect i put on some weight 🙁
Nevermind, not doing too badly this week, and should have some more free time for swimming next week.
Yo Chris, I have been a bit absent from the start of FC2. Didn't really see the point while i was wilfully eating lard dipped in sugar for breakfast....well had brother over from Athens, birthdays etc etc 😉 Anyways, i am back on the wagon now so will start sending results in regularly from Monday mate, the first weight i send in will be my new start weight as well.

ditto Jamie, but I think I'm back on track starting this week ( email to follow Chris ) now the trick will be making two wks. in a row.
i had a good 2 weeks, then 2 weeks "off"
which means for the next 2 weeks I'll be eating water and drinking air 🙁
Back at school, not sorted lunches so back on two full cooked dinners a day, am not hopeful (although the chocolate has gone now so...) Right, where are the scales...
EDIT- well that is a pleasant surprise!
I was doing okay until I had to take some customers away on business for a couple of days - I reckon I put on 2lb during the trip. Scallops, foie gras, beef and booze coming out of my ears...
Not sure the percentage figure is right for me though. I set a pretty hard target of losing about 22lb, taking me down into the 11st something (not since I was early 20's) - so 5lb off so far should be more than -.2%. I'm not that heavy - really... 😉
