What could be done to this with a 200k budget? Could we turn this

Do you live in that part of the world already? If so, crack on, if not, Pevensey has a 'certain' charm to it...

It's also all below future sea level and entirely reliant on continued Government investment to stay remotely dry.

If that’s what you like, why not buy the neighbouring one and save time? I’d think that the cost of updating and extending the first to match would be about 200K, the delta between them (exc. SDLT).

There’s no floor plan on the smaller house. But is it basically a 8m wide single height extension with some velux’s and roof lanterns you’re looking to add?

The 675k one has saved a lot of money by adding a single story extention and still having sufficient garden.  If it had developed above garage and upstairs, it would have been a lot more.  If there was a nice view and enough budget, upstairs conversion would have looked nicer.
