Just downloaded most recent update facebook via android market,using HTC desire.
Before this update i got an email everytime someone added a comment to my thread or after i had left a comment on another.
This now doesnt happen.....is this the same for everyone ?
If not...where do I change my settings on FB. Tried looking in normal places but not obvious.
Anyone help ?

Nah, they've turned it off for good.
If you're checking and anwering facebook comments via your email, then you're not on facebook being subjected to all those lovely, cash-generating targetted ads.
yeah you don't get emails anymore. No idea if you can turn them back on though

Top right hand corner of your Facebook screen:
Home/Account settings/Email (click on "edit")/ Activate Facebook email (supply username)/ click on "Activate Email"

They did turn them off, you just change them back on

As I believe I just said (with instructions).
Every time I try that using the Fb app on my phone and save it, the amendments never seem to stick. I suppose I'll have to try it on the computer and see if that has any effect.
The FriendCaster app for Facebook is introducing push notifications. Might be worth a try.
