Yep, it's a complete waste of time conversing with my friends and looking at their photos. I should probably get a life and stop having friends, or something... 🙄
Or even get a life and interact n a cycling forum with mostly strangers and not to share photos and update friends on what you're up to with your, erm lack of life...

It wasn't meant to be nice. As Graham S said - Facebook is incredibly useful for keeping in touch with friends and exchanging photos and so on.

FB is actually usefull if you don't fill up your profile with useless bullcrap 'applications' and block the ones that keep spamming you with 'requests'
I have my real life friends, some family and some contacts that I have a common interest with and thats it. Keeps it simple and usefull.
