For all you training freaks.
I seem to be losing lots of fat on iDave but not losing an awful lot of weight. Definition is improving, more muscle groups are appearing and fat rolls are disappearing daily.. even as I seem to be the same weight.
Course, I'm eating loads of protein, maybe I'm just piling on muscle.

You're not only on a new diet though are you? Without saying what you're doing, you are doing things which will enhance muscle definition - yes?
And you said you were down to 87kg? Is that not quite a lot in a short time??
I dunno if my exercises will increase definition, I suppose so.. I've not done all that that many exercises apart from biking which I've always done.
I've been 87-88kg for almost a week but my fat seems to be continually falling.. Just wondering if all that protein would make me bulk up? I've never really done many strength exercises so I don't know how eaisly I gain bulk.

You can be jealous of my genes if you like. I don't actualy want to bulk up.
Nor do I molly, but I'm on a training plan. It should be the best.
We shall see at the end of this week. I'm going back to the UK at easter so the diet etc will have to be on hold a bit. I'll take some photos before I leave 🙂
