I've created a userform which is split into two tabs. One containing user details, the other containing a multichoice user survey. I've inserted a send command button on one of these tabs which drafts an email which contains email addresses that users have populated in the form.

How would I go about attaching the userform to that email? Somehow turn it into a pdf or draw info from the different fields and add these to the email body?

I've also got a field which enables users to attach a document to the form. It seems to populate the text field with the filepath e.g. C:/Filename etc. How can this be added to the email?
