I'm a bit stupid with excel 2007.
How do I lock a column or row so that it stays on the screen whilst scrolling the spreadsheet?
I hope that makes sense.

Just make sure you've got all of the rows above and columns to the left visible when you do it. Otherwise you can end up scrolling off of the edge of what you can see - quite irritating if you are a recipient of the file! 🙄
