Did it actually go off at 5:45 bst or are you one of these people who still thinks in gmt when we move to bst and actually it was 6:45? If my alarm went off at 5:45, I wouldn't want to get up but it's got nothing to do with the clocks changing.

Unfortunately it goes off at 5:45 normally on week days 😥

Same here. And the kiddies only went and slept in way past the extra hour I would have expected. I wish today was a Sunday 🙁
I woke up ok this morning but only because I didn't realise that my phone did not change time automatically. Didn't make it to work until 10!
