No it doesn't!
This only happens with STW.
I'm running Win7 and that fix is for up to XP only (+no freeware on work PCs)

Happening with me too over the last 4 or 5 days
using MSE AV
Basically where I'm going with this is, try disabling extensions in Extension Manager.

Even that extension that has a super-injunction on it?
