Anyone used a smart pen? The type where it records your handwriting and you can then save it as a word/one note or pdf file to make it easier to cross reference? Wor lass has been looking at these for use at conference or field notes to make things a bit easier to organise.

Cheers 😀

I used to have one. It's a nice gadget and very clever, but ultimately it didn't work for me as a productively tool, though I imagine it could for the right person.

The one I tried - was a pain as it used special notepads with faint dots all over the paper. Didn't suit me as I like writing on whats to hand.

Yeah there are two types. The one that requires the use of their notepads, which tends to be the better/more expensive system or the type that has a reciever that attaches to the top of any paper and you can then download from that. She is leaning towards the 1st one

It recognised my writing if I wrote neatly.
I don't normally write neatly 🙂
But it was quite cool to send emails by just writing to: from: in the appropriate places on a piece of paper.
I had a logitec IO 2, but that was a few years ago so things might have moved on.
It's a very good item of kit, just didn't fulfil my dreams of magically becoming organised 🙂

Tasha has always been organised. She's had to in order to help with her dyslexia, so she's prepared to put a bit of time in to get organised
