Just finishing off the man cave and would like any recommendations on the above, 20 sq meters and it tiles will be going over the top, also I want a nice digital thermostat and timer.
Any good or bad experiences and running costs?

When you say man cave, is this a garage or a room in a house etc?

It's an extension to the house that looks like a garage but will be plastered, tiled and furnished. Brick and block walls all passed by building inspector.
