Yes, it is. I used to have one back in the day!! Seatstays and complete frames do turn up now and again.

Ashamed to say I had one too.. 26" wheel rather than 24" before giving it up for a Grifter I paid £1 for. The Grifter was my poor mans BMX until I could save enough for a mongoose.

You realise that these things are becoming collectors items? And I don't mean the recycling collector.
Grab one if you see it cheap - it'll give you a better return on your money than a bank (especially a Cypriot one).
