Food: Pasta in mushroom sauce (ready meal!!!) with some extra mushroom and bacon thrown in for taste.

Drink: 1 bottle of: Hobgoblin, London Pride, Marstons Pedigree (Tesco 3 for £4) and if I finish those I have a bottle of JD and/or some Danish vodka that's sat in the freezer.

Music: Pantera - Far Beyond Driven while cooking, then programme about women in the army at 7:35 followed by Police Interceptors at 8pm and then might stick a DVD on.

Drinking: Black Sheep Riggwelter
Doing: Final corrections on my PhD thesis so I can get it hard bound, signed off, and officially become Dr Zokes
