I'm looking for some software to stick my some of my DVD collection on my portable hard drive, mac compatible and cheaper the better. Recommendations please. Ta

DVD Shrink (Not sure of compatibility though)
or Handbrake is compatible
both freeware I think

Apart from HB cannot decrypt retail DVDs. The encoding is where it kicks bottoms.

There's a little program called DVD43 that runs in the background - use that to decrypt then use Handbrake.
