How does one copy files from a PC to the iPad, I use dropbox and can access it from the ipad, but need to connected to do so, where can i put them and keep them?
if you favorite a file in the dropbox app it stores it on the ipad.
at least it does on the iphone.
also, in the dropbox app settings, up the "local storage" allocation to its maximum
hmm, i can see that a bit, but there is no way of storing stuff in a local file structure on the ipad?
Download Goodreader - that will do what you want, including opening files from Dropbox.
